Trail building can be good for the heart and good for the mind! It’s great to be able to give back to the sport by maintaining existing routes or helping create new trails to ride and once completed, can result in an enormous sense of pride and satisfaction. Steve has spent countless hours Trail Building in his local area as well as a background in land management and Ecology, so is the perfect candidate to tell us what makes a good trail, what we should avoid doing and how to proceed if we want to go digging!
