Delhi–Mumbai Expressway is India’s First Electric Highway covering 5 states in its route Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. This highway reduces the travel time of Delhi to Mumbai from 24 hrs to 13 hrs.
Electric Highway in this route helps to reduce pollution as well as crude oil imports. The Delhi–Mumbai Expressway will be completed by 2023.
