While this is somewhat off topic for electric bikes… I think that solar and sustainability products are very cool and was excited to see how one company called Zero Mass Water has created a solar powered atmospheric water generator called Source. This unit costs roughly $5,000 and weighs ~300lbs. It can be installed on the roof of a house to capture water from air, purify it, add minerals, and then be drinkable. I tasted some of the water and enjoyed it quite a lot! It was hinted that the company may even launch a smaller version for recreational vehicles RV units. The current versions have been deployed to Flint Michigan to help provide healthy water without lead to the population and can be used in other off the grid living applications.
