Today, I am going to teach you how to convert a Universal motor to a self excited generator.
A Self excited generator is a device that does not required any external power source to achieve field excitation. It automatically achieves the power generation stage at a very specific RPM because of the presence of residual magnetism in the field poles.
Note that every Universal motor cannot achieve the self excitation stage. Today I am going to try the generation mode on Blender Motor, Angle grinder and Vacuum cleaner motor.
