This is an old mini-bike frame I had kicking around. I just got a 36V/800 watt motor and controller for it in the mail today.

Two 18V Ryobi One batteries in series makes 36V. Even better than that, I can still just charge those batteries on the chargers I already have, and I don’t need to worry about a BMS either!
