I connected a pair of Ryobi batteries to an electric mini bike motor with 3D prints.

A friend of mine 3D printed these for me a few years ago for a different project. At the time, I couldn’t find the battery contacts to go with them, so they have just been laying around for a while.

These Ryobi drill batteries are 18V. Two of them in series is 36V, which is perfect for this motor and controller. I can still use the regular chargers for these batteries, and I can still use these batteries stock in any of my tools.
