The fire road, gravel track, double track, call it what you like has been the best way to get to the top for most mountain bike hill climbing since the sport began. It’s a place for gentle reflection, chatting to your friends and on an EMTB getting absolutely bored!
The off-road singletrack on the other hand has a mix of ever-changing surfaces, gradients, technicality. It’s the place where deer dig their hoofs in, where tyres lose traction and where heart rates soar. – It’s the place where electric mountain bikes roam!
