Unique 203mm floating rotors separate the alloy carrier from the steel rotor, allowing for expansion due to heat. Magura Carbotecture master body reduces weight, piston orientation provides consistent actuation with tool-free adjustable reach levers. Light and compact 4th gen Bosch CX motor delivers an "all in one" eMTB drive mode designed to keep you focused on riding and shifting gears vs. adjusting power settings. The motor controller provides shift detection to reduce chain and sprocket wear. Bosch Kiox display panel provides Micro USB charging, ANT+ wireless for heart rate monitors, and connectivity for the Bosch eBike Connect smartphone app. Drawbacks include high price, non-locking battery cover, charge port positioning, external rear wheel speed sensor.
