On July 20th 2022, James Stannard set a fastest known time for the iconic Land’s End to John O Groats route on a Brompton Bike : 83 hours. He took over two days off the previous record – An incredible time on any bike, let alone on a Brompton. In this video James talks about the kit he used for the ride, and how it was essential to keeping him on the road and on track to break the record.
