I wanted to give you an early peek at what I’ve been up to already this week! Don’t worry, I will be sharing my normal Friday Scorpion update with all of you too. So far this week, I’ve done more test riding on our pre-production HyperScorpion.
I’ve also included a first look at the Juiced-exclusive RetroBlades 1000W motor. We just received the initial production batch of these motors from Bafang. We’ve been collaborating with Bafang for the last year to create the perfect motor for our new HyperScorpion e-bike. The goal was to produce a high performance 20” x 4.0 “mag” motor with 1,000W and 30MPH at 52V. The motor was designed with the retro moped-style to match the design of the HyperScorpion e-bike.
With the new motor installed, I’m ready to do some serious test riding. The GPS shows the MPH, KMH and gradient percentage of my ride. NOTE: there is a lag in the GPS measurement.
