I got my hands on a pre-production V2H inverter from Elejoy. Let’s open it up and see what’s inside!

This inverter is powered by the battery in your electric car and can output up to 8,000 watts! It’s compatible with Tesla Model 3/S/X/Y built after May 2019 that support CCS and third-party NACS DC charging. I am told that more compatible brands and models will be added in the future.
The Elejoy V2H is an OFF-GRID Inverter. It does NOT connect to the grid. It is also NOT a charger. It draws power from the car – it does not charge it.
