This stream-lined urban commuter is loaded with all the bells and whistles you need to easily carry you to and from work. But don’t just take our word for it – let’s dive into the specs. The Oasis is equipped with a 500-watt rear hub motor from Revibikes that delivers a ton of torque. And even though it’s considered a lower-power bike, it certainly doesn’t feel like it. In fact, we’d even go as far as to say it feels like a 750-watt nominal motor.
Now, onto the battery. The Oasis has a locking and removable 48-volt, 15 amp hour battery that’s neatly tucked away in the downtube. It’s so seamless, you might not even be able to see it if it weren’t for the contrasting colors. This battery, which uses Samsung cells, has a max estimated range of 55 miles in ideal conditions. And while that might seem a bit high considering the 720 watt-hours, we think the real-world range is closer to 35-45 miles.
But let’s not forget about the frame. Revibikes did an amazing job with it. Not only does it have a max payload capacity of almost 300 pounds, it also has frame bosses for a front basket and rear rack so you can haul all your gear from point A to point B. Plus, it comes in a few stylish colors like Vanilla, Moonlight Gray, and Matte Black. And with a standover height of around 17 inches and an adjustable reach of 22.5 to 29 inches, it’ll fit riders from 5’1" to 6’1".
And that’s not all – the Oasis also has front and rear suspension, a comfortable saddle, and tires that are perfect for commuting. Plus, they’re puncture-resistant and have reflective sidewall stripes for added safety. All in all, the Revi Bikes Oasis is the ultimate urban commuter ebike.
