When installing the Baguette on the Yuba Kombi while using the deck, first install the clips on the rack tube while the clip is relaxed, not pressing in on the lock tabs. Then, lock the clips in place by clicking in on the lock tabs.
To release the clips, pull up on the lock strap. Then, slightly rotate the clips toward you so there is just enough clearance from the deck to remove it from the rack.
