The boxy frame is reinforced to reduce frame flex, this is especially important given the rear-rack battery and allows for the deep wave step-thru style that’s easier to mount and stand over, quality Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. The headlight does not point where you steer because it’s built into the head tube, even though it’s the entry model, the Lundi 26.1 is still priced a bit higher than some competing products, the Bosch Intuvia display can’t swivel as much because of how it’s mounted but is still removable.
