Starting 1 July 2025, cyclists & scooter riders caught on "Pedestrian Only" footpaths risk:
⚠️ Up to $2,000 fine or 3 months’ jail
These paths are meant for:
✅ Pedestrians
✅ PMA users (mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs)
📍Already implemented in towns like Toa Payoh, Tampines, Yishun & more!
✅ Shared paths & red cycling lanes still allowed
✅ PMA users can ride as usual (if LTA-compliant!)
📹 LTA enforcement is now active – ride safe, ride smart!
