「AMBITIOUS 220」は、マンチェスターからロンドンまでの220マイル（352km）を1日で走るチャリティライド。
自閉症のある子どもや若者への理解と支援を広げるために始まりました。
その意志をつなぎ、日本では長野県野辺山からBrompton Tokyoまで、352kmに挑戦。
雨に打たれ、痛みや疲労と向き合いながら、約20時間ペダルを踏み続けました。
毎年続けることで、参加する人が増えていく。
知る人が増え、理解が少しずつ広がっていく。
その小さな連鎖を信じて。
“Keep on keeping on.”
それでも、前に進み続ける。

For someone else, we go the distance.
AMBITIOUS 220 is a 220-mile (352 km) charity ride from Manchester to London, created to raise awareness and support for autistic children and young people.
Carrying that same spirit forward in Japan, we took on our own 352 km challenge, riding from Nobeyama in Nagano to Brompton Tokyo.
Through the rain, the pain and the fatigue, we kept pedalling for nearly 20 hours.
By continuing the ride year after year, more people take part.
More people learn about the cause.
And little by little, understanding grows.
We believe in the power of that ripple effect.
