Brompton Bicycle via YouTube

Earlier this year, Andy Donohoe, editor of Rolling Mag, joined a group of riders on a cycling adventure across Southern Africa. On a folding bike.
Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini and South Africa.
26 days. 3,200 km.
Venturing along desert roads, gravel tracks and mountain passes, we always said the Brompton G Line goes as far as you go. Andy showed us it really does.
But this ride was about more than distance. Along the way, he followed paths and routes, ancient and new, shared by people and wildlife. He discovered why they matter and what happens when they’re cut off.
His journey took him to land protected by the World Land Trust, where work is helping reconnect habitats and create routes for wildlife to move and thrive.
Ukuwela follows Andy from west to east as he discovers what movement, connection and the paths we share really mean.
