The junction between Norrie Avenue and Bow Street/ Main Road in Whāingaroa Raglan has always been a problem for all users.
To attempt to make it better for pedestrians the road has been narrowed by concrete islands. This makes it dangerous for cyclists. It is clear that whoever designed these modifications did not consider cyclists and is negligent.
Please, Waikato District Council and/or NZTA modify this to make it safe for cyclists before someone gets seriously injured or killed.
