How to adjust the speed limit of the Fat Tire Harley electric scooters Citycoco Chopper M8, M2 is the same way to adjust.
1. power on
2. gear 3, full speed and hold the throttle.
3. turn on/off the front light button quickly 3 times, until it shows 55555 on the speedometer.
4. turn left to set the speed down, turn right to set the speed up.
5. switch the front light twice to save
6. power off, done.
