If you receive a new D3 Pro and notice that the wheel feels hard to spin,
it’s very likely the brake cable is too tight, keeping the brake slightly engaged.
What to check:
1️⃣ Make sure the handlebar isn’t set too high. Adjust it to a proper height so the brake cable has enough slack.
2️⃣ If the cable is still too tight, cut the original zip ties, tidy the cables, and secure them again with new ones.
3️⃣ Check the silver cable housing ferrule at the brake. If it’s pulled out, push it back into place.
4️⃣ Remember to check both brakes, front and rear.
