🛠️ Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

Unboxing: Carefully remove the straps and unbox your bike. Make sure to keep the box intact in case you need to return the bike due to any shipping damages.

Remove Packaging: Cut away all zip ties and remove the protective foam packaging from the frame.

Tool Prep: Open the tool box found inside the white canvas bag and grab the 4 mm and 6 mm hex wrenches.

Handlebars: Remove the stem face plate, place the handlebars, and snug the face plate bolts down. Don’t lock them tight yet, as the final angle will be adjusted later.

Headlight: Remove the headlight mounting bolt and route the cable between the two mounting arms. Secure it into place using an 8 mm open-end wrench and a 3 mm hex wrench.

Front Wheel: Remove the shipping plate from the bottom of the fork using a 21 mm open-end wrench. Take out the plastic spacer from the brake caliper. Prop the forks onto the wheel hub, and slide the black axle (from your toolbox) into the hub from the side opposite the brake assembly. Insert the double D-shaped nut into the dropout on the brake side and tighten the axle securely with a 6 mm hex wrench.

Front Fender: Remove the fender bolt from the lower fork crown, position the fender from behind the crown, and fasten the bolt back down through the metal tab. Remove the side bolts from the fork legs to secure the fender stanchions to both the right and left sides.

Cockpit Adjustments: With the bike resting on its wheels, use a 6 mm hex wrench to adjust the stem to 20°. Set the handlebars to a comfortable riding angle and secure the face plate using a 4 mm hex wrench. Use a 3 mm hex wrench to tighten the four display screws into their mounts.

Pedals: Apply assembly grease to the threads of both pedals. Thread them onto the crank arms following the directional stickers (Note: the left pedal features a reverse thread). Tighten firmly using a 15 mm open-end wrench.

Seat Post: Apply assembly grease to the seat post, insert it into the seat tube, and tighten it securely using the seat post clamp.

Safety Check: Once your bike is completely assembled, take it to a professional bike shop to have all critical fasteners verified and torqued with a calibrated torque wrench before your first ride.
