Ines Thoma is one of the best enduro mountain bikers in the world and recently also became a Bosch eBike Systems Ambassador. On her way to the top of the world, her career was always marked by change. In the new Bosch eBike Systems YouTube series "Moments that Matter" we take a look at her story and personal highlights: from local bike races as a kid, to the podium at the European Cross Country Championships as a teenager, to her years on the Canyon Factory Enduro Team.
The most emotional moment of her life happened just over two years ago. It was the birth of her daughter Romy. She has turned the life of the professional race bike rider upside down. As a mother, there are other priorities now. That’s why Ines left the professional team and started her own programme. But her love of biking remains unchanged and the eMountain bike helps her find her daily dose of trail fun in her often stressful everyday life between raising a child and her job – it provides her with moments that matter.
