Working on rebuilding my 2013 Tesla Model S battery pack.

I have all 16 modules out of the battery pack. I’m going through each and every one of them to check the 7 BMS wires going to the blocks of cells. I’m removing the plastic tab which can cause rubbing on the Battery Management Board, and I’m closely examining for wear and corrosion
on the board, especially on C26, C27.

I’ll replace the capacitors on any boards that I see where they are corroded. On any of the boards that don’t look to have any issues, I think I’ll just add a little more conformal coating over the known trouble spots.
