We met up with Geoffrey Hoffman at a Transportation Expo held in Madison, Wisconsin on April 28th, 2022. He was displaying two of his conversions – an electric DeLorean (https://youtu.be/zc8OhlZTX-U), and THIS, an electric Land Rover.

The Land Rover was purchased at auction and then he (with the help of some of the guys at his shop) converted it to electric. The truck features a Netgain Hyper 9 motor attached to the original gearbox and four-wheel-drive system.

The vehicle is rated at 120 horsepower, 162LBFT of torque, and a 28.8kWh battery pack.

It’s a very clean original look. The builder even secretly added a stereo and 3D-printed cup-holder.

He uses it as his daily driver, and only occasionally uses it for hauling mulch.
