Learn how to replace the rear shock on your Cyrusher XF900 e-bike in a few simple steps! Keep your ride smooth with this quick tutorial.
Materials and Tools:
New rear shock
Allen wrenches
Adjustable wrench
Shock pump
Grease
Steps:
Safety First:
Ensure your XF900 is stable and powered off. Remove the battery if applicable.
Remove Rear Wheel:
Loosen nuts or quick-release skewer and take off the rear wheel.
Unbolt Rear Shock:
Use Allen wrenches to remove bolts at the top and bottom.
Support the Frame:
Prevent the frame from falling when removing the shock.
Remove Old Shock:
Carefully slide out the old shock, noting any additional hardware.
Install New Shock:
Align the new shock with frame mounting points and use the provided hardware.
Tighten Bolts:
Securely tighten bolts
Reinstall Rear Wheel:
If removed, put the rear wheel back in place and secure it.
