While visiting Seattle recently, I stopped by Rad Power Bikes headquarters and made some friends. One gentleman, named Bill, told me that he has over 2,000 miles on his RadMission and was upgrading the battery for longer range! The bike actually looked like it was in great shape… I hadn’t really explored the Rad service center before, and it just opened back up. In addition to assembling new ebikes, they also offer repair services, and even have garage sales where they sell used bikes! It’s inspiring how much recycling goes on, and the staff were super friendly. Rad Power Bikes has a few of these in-person showrooms now including Seattle, San Diego, and Vancouver Canada. The headquarters in Seattle is the largest, and I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the Ballard area of Washington (just North of Seattle).
